ScribdPlease join us Thursday, February 2nd from 7:00 – 8:30p.m. in Knight Hall for the next session of WPMF. Come and hear parishioners share their stories. Learn more about the Where Profession Meets Faith ministry at St. Edward the Confessor and San Felipe de Jesus and get involved.
Our second seminar will feature the following presenters:
DAVE DORA is a Senior Operations Manager, Mentor, and involved parishioner. Dave applies his faith in his work, and in his commitment to mentoring others, by abandoning himself to the Holy Spirit. He will speak of his faith journey, and it application when faced with major corporate issues, such as down sizing. Dave also will provide a practical model on how to successfully manage while at the same time serve those with whom you work.
DR. FRANK GODINO is a local, comprehensive, general dentist and active parishioner. Frank will describe ways in which his faith life plays a role in how he treats his patients and manages his practice. Frank will describe how he strives to be a better Catholic and how that impacts his professional relationships. He also will provide tips about dental care.
ROCIO MENDOZA-SANDOVAL is a public elementary school teacher whose life experiences have deepened her faith, and whose faith has changed how she lives her life, personally and professionally. Rocio will share how her faith-filled attitude influenced her to become a teacher and how it shapes her classroom practices.

Please join us Thursday, February 2nd at 7 P.M. for a memorial Mass in memory of Monsignor Coffield at San Felipe de Jesus Chapel, followed by light refreshments. This is also the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord or Candlemas Day. You may bring candles and images of the Child Jesus to be blessed. We hope to see you there!
