If you have never been to an Easter Vigil, you have missed out on the most beautiful of all celebrations in the liturgical year. It begins with a bonfire, then listening to the story of God’s unconditional love for us right in the middle of mass, there are sacraments, people are baptized, confirmed and receive the Eucharist. For the first time! At the end, dripping with water, oil and full of the Body and Blood of Christ, we celebrate the Resurrection by singing the Halleluia Chorus. Sublime joy!
Come and join us! 8:00 p.m. this Saturday, April 19th.
A note from the RCIA to the community: We have journeyed together for many months. We have been in your midst. We have felt your prayers. With your support and filled with the Holy Spirit, we are ready to be fully initiated into the sacred mysteries. We are so excited and happy! Soon, we will be one with you at the Table. Our heart’s longings will be fulfilled. Please come and celebrate with us throughout the Triduum liturgies. Our love and graces we share with everyone!
